Ichyulu does not issue cash refunds on returns. If you have chosen the wrong size or are not happy with the style, we can issue you with a credit note which can be used to purchase a different item on the online store (replacement sizes are subject to stock availability). Replacement sizes will be processed as a new order.
Please notify Ichyulu within 7 days if you would like to return an item via email to email@example.com. Return items should be received within 14 days from date of notification for return. Please ensure that any items that are returned have all the tags attached, is new and unused with the original packaging. Ichyulu reserves the right to decline a returned item if deemed to have been already worn.
The shipping fee will not be included on your credit note, the amount issued on the credit note will be the value of the garment only. Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser and the credit note will only be issued once the goods have been received in good order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
All sale pieces are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Gift cards are not refundable.
If the item you received is damaged, Ichyulu will give you a full cash refund. Refunds will only be issued once the damagd item has been received by Ichyulu. Ichyulu will confirm receipt and the refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
The refund amount will include: original purchase amount (item plus shipping) and cost of return shipping (please ensure this is marked clearly on the outside of the returned package or is communicated to Ichyulu before refund is processed. Ichyulu will not process the cost of return shipping separately).
